Learn how to move
Our physiotherapists teach you how to exercise using the right form, repetitions, intensity, and rest times to become more physically active in a safe environment.
We focus on exercises that can be done with minimal equipment and space so that it can be completed within the comfort of your own home, park, or location of your choice.
A 10-week program designed by healthcare professionals for lasting results.
Step 1: One-On-One Assessment
We’ll schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our physiotherapists. We gather your health history and conduct a physical movement assessment with testing to assess your current physical abilities.
Step 2: Small Group Training
You’ll participate in 9 weeks of small group training with other program participants who have similar abilities and goals to you. If you have a group of 6 people who would like to complete the program together, we will do our best to accommodate.
Services Throughout The Program
- Monitoring by physiotherapists during training to track your activity intensity and ensure safety.
- Access to a physician and multiple physiotherapists for assessment regarding physical activity as needed during the program.
- All necessary equipment and learning tools are provided at no extra cost.
