Forte Performance was built with one goal, to give people the space, coaching, and support they need to train with purpose and progress with confidence. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance, just getting started, or someone with some experience who wants better structure and support, we’ll help you move forward with confidence. Our team delivers smart, evidence-based programming that meets you where you’re at. We offer group classes, personal training, small group training, and team training in a 2000 square foot space with room to sprint, lift, and move at full speed.
What makes us different is the seamless collaboration with Forte Physical Therapy, located in the same building. Our coaches and in-house physiotherapists work together to keep you training through injuries when appropriate, progressing safely, and returning stronger than ever. You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one you just need a body and a goal. We’ve helped everyday people move better and feel stronger, and we’ve supported athletes reaching the highest levels of their sport. Whatever you’re working toward, you’re in the right place.
OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Start with Physiotherapy Initial Assessment: (Recommended for all)
Most people begin their Forte journey with a physiotherapy initial assessment. If you have a current injury or concern, this appointment uncovers the root cause, determines severity, provides treatment, and sets a clear recovery plan. Even without a present injury, many people have old issues, compensations, or asymmetries that should be addressed before training. This one-on-one session lets us gather your health history, assess your movement, and build the foundation for recovery, long-term health, or performance training.
Step 2: Choose Your Training Path
After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will help you decide which training option best fits your goals and needs. If you choose not to start with physical therapy, you can select a plan yourself from the options below, or schedule a free call with our team for guidance.
- Performance Classes – Join small-group sessions designed to build strength, improve movement, and boost performance.
- Personal Training – Work 1-on-1 or in a small group with a coach for a fully customized plan and experience.
- Open Gym – Access to our fully equipped training space with the freedom to follow your own program, or one of ours, on your own schedule.
- Team Training – Private group workouts and performance testing for your whole team!

Foundations
Forte Foundations is built for youth athletes, ages 12 to 18, who want to train smarter, move better, and gain a competitive edge. Our coaches teach safe and effective strength training, movement mechanics, and power development to support both athletic performance and long-term physical health.
Fortify
Forte Fortify is for adults who still feel young, but are starting to notice the small signs of aging. Slower recovery, nagging aches, and a creeping sense that strength and athleticism don’t stick around on their own.
This class is built around real strength training, not random bootcamp circuits or generic fitness. Led by certified coaches, every session follows a structured, progressive program grounded in proven training principles. It’s full-body, well-paced, and intentionally designed to build muscle strength, endurance, and power, while improving bone, tendon, ligament and cardiovascular health.

Personal Training
Personal training gives you the most time and attention with a coach. Sessions can be one-on-one or in a small group, with a fully customized plan built around your goals. This option provides the highest level of guidance, accountability, and support to help you make consistent progress.
Open Gym
Forte Open Gym is for people who like to train on their own schedule with access to quality equipment and space. Bring your program (or use one of ours) and lift without the crowds: racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, bikes/assault treadmill, bands, and mobility tools. It’s a clean, focused environment where you can actually get work done. New to strength training? Start with a quick orientation through Physio or Personal Training or attending our classes first, so you can train confidently and safely

With physio support on-site, we can keep athletes progressing, even through minor injuries or return-to-play phases, while keeping your whole team together training under one roof.
