Forte Performance was built with one goal, to give people the space, coaching, and support they need to train with purpose and progress with confidence. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance, just getting started, or someone with some experience who wants better structure and support, we’ll help you move forward with confidence. Our team delivers smart, evidence-based programming that meets you where you’re at. We offer group classes, personal training, small group training, and team training in a 2000 square foot space with room to sprint, lift, and move at full speed.
What makes us different is the seamless collaboration with Forte Physical Therapy, located in the same building. Our coaches and in-house physiotherapists work together to keep you training through injuries when appropriate, progressing safely, and returning stronger than ever. You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one you just need a body and a goal. We’ve helped everyday people move better and feel stronger, and we’ve supported athletes reaching the highest levels of their sport. Whatever you’re working toward, you’re in the right place.
OUR PROCESS
Step 1: Start with Physiotherapy Initial Assessment: (Recommended for all)
Most people begin their Forte journey with a physiotherapy initial assessment. If you have a current injury or concern, this appointment uncovers the root cause, determines severity, provides treatment, and sets a clear recovery plan. Even without a present injury, many people have old issues, compensations, or asymmetries that should be addressed before training. This one-on-one session lets us gather your health history, assess your movement, and build the foundation for recovery, long-term health, or performance training.
Step 2: Choose Your Training Path
After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will help you decide which training option best fits your goals and needs. If you choose not to start with physical therapy, you can select a plan yourself from the options below, or schedule a free call with our team for guidance.
- Performance Classes – Group sessions designed to build strength, improve movement, and boost performance.
- Personal Training – Work 1-on-1 or in a small group with a coach for a fully customized plan and experience.
- Team Training – Private group workouts and performance testing for your whole team!
Step 3: Train, Progress, Thrive

Fortify Strength
Fortify is a progressive strength training class focused on building total-body strength, improving movement quality, and supporting long-term musculoskeletal health.
The class is programmed using progressive overload, with gradual and intentional progressions based on individual ability. Emphasis is placed on proper technique to reduce plateaus and support safe, sustainable strength gains.
Fortify is open to all experience levels. Coaches are present to provide movement guidance, offer regressions or progressions, and support proper form throughout the session.
Mobility
Mobility is a guided class focused on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall movement quality through a combination of active and passive stretching and mobility drills.
Sessions incorporate tools such as foam rollers and other mobility implements to help reduce muscle tension, alleviate soreness, and support recovery. Movements are controlled, intentional, and adaptable to individual needs.
This class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone looking to move more freely, recover better, and support joint health, whether as a standalone session or alongside strength and conditioning training.


Strength, Power, Grit (Bootcamp)
This class is designed to build your overall strength, stamina and explosiveness.
The focus is on compound movements, power using resistance training, body weight, plyometrics and functional exercises. Our goal is to help you simulate and enhance your activities of daily life. Strength sessions will emphasize proper form and technique.
This approach not only enhances your strength but also promotes the health and stability of your muscles and joints through preventative exercises included in each session.
H.I.I.T./Metcon
Get ready to challenge your cardiovascular system and ignite your metabolism with sweat sessions.
This high-intensity, interval training (H.I.I.T.) workout combines strength training, core and cardio conditioning in a dynamic circuit format. By blending elements of strength, power, and endurance, each session is designed to elevate your heart rate, boost calorie burn, and strengthen muscles, all while improving your overall fitness.
Our MetCon class will enhance your endurance by using functional moments for varied fitness levels. Expect a good sweat!


Endurance
Forte endurance weekend session is designed to improve the body’s ability to sustain prolonged physical activity by training the cardiovascular and muscular systems to resist fatigue.
These sessions feature continuous movement, typically at a moderate intensity, over a longer duration of time. We are building your muscles to last. Endurance activities keep your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves your overall fitness.
This class will boost your stamina, and help build the right cardiovascular strength and muscle endurance that your body needs. We start from the ground up, building each session brick by brick. This is our longest class. So prepare to sweat now we get to work!
Forte For Life
Forte for Life is designed for everyone who wants to move just a little bit slower at the start so you can move faster in the long run.
This class is built to enhance your overall fitness by challenging yourself through various functional exercises. Forte for Life will improve your strength, balance, and mobility through a supportive, small-group setting. This class will help you build strength, power and endurance.
This isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon and we’re in it for the long game. We know getting older comes with new challenges, but that doesn’t mean you have to slow down.


Barbell & Babe
Our Barbell & Babe class is designed for postpartum fitness These classes support pre-natal and post-natal parents in maintaining physical health. We encourage you to bring your infant or child!
Classes are focused on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor, posture, and full-body strength using weights, bodyweight, and functional movements to enhance your flexibility. You will be in a supportive, community-focused environment, allowing parents to exercise and fully focus on themselves.
All exercises and movements are tailored for postpartum recovery for all parents, whether you’re returning to your everyday lifestyle or back to playing a sport.
Yoga
Join Kelly every Saturday morning in The Flex Room where she will be teaching a class that blends movement with breath and muscle strengthening postures followed by a series of restorative postures that will not only help with decreasing the tension of in your body, but will slow down the pace of your day!
This flow and slow class is a vinyasa based workshop that encourages students to step outside of their comfort zones physically and energetically. This class focuses on mindful and safe movements, and will have a baseline of full body maintenance.
Expect hands-on adjustments to aid in finding ease in your body, and music to lift your spirits. This workshop is open to beginner to experienced students!

Team Training
Team training at Forte Performance is built to develop stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes, while reducing injury risk and supporting long-term athletic development.
Our sessions are fully coach-led and designed specifically for your sport, season, and age group. We focus on the fundamentals that matter most across all sports: strength, speed, power, conditioning, and movement quality. Every athlete is coached, progressed, and challenged appropriately no one gets lost in the group.
Whether you’re a youth team building fundamentals, a competitive club preparing for a season, or an adult team looking to train smarter, Forte provides a structured, professional training environment that supports both performance and longevity.
