Forte Performance was built with one goal – to give people the space, coaching, and support they need to train with purpose and progress with confidence. Whether you’re an athlete chasing peak performance, just getting started, or someone with some experience who wants better structure and support, we’ll help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Our team delivers smart, evidence-based programming that meets you where you’re at. We offer group classes, personal training, small group training, and team training in a 2000 square foot space with room to sprint, lift, and move at full speed.
What makes us different is the seamless collaboration with Forte Physical Therapy, located in the same building. Our coaches and in-house physiotherapists work together to keep you training through injuries when appropriate, progressing safely, and returning stronger than ever. You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one—you just need a body and a goal. We’ve helped everyday people move better and feel stronger, and we’ve supported athletes reaching the highest levels of their sport. Whatever you’re working toward, you’re in the right place.

Performance Coaching
Work one-on-one with an experienced coach to follow a program built specifically for you. Whether you’re just getting started or already confident in the gym, we meet you where you’re at and help you move forward with purpose. With physio on-site, we can support recovery from injury, adjust training around pain, and guide return-to-play with precision.
Small Group Training
Get the benefits of personal training with the energy and motivation of a small group. You’ll follow a customized plan alongside others, keeping costs lower while still receiving individual coaching and attention. With in-house physios available, we can adjust for injuries and make sure your training stays safe, effective, and on track.


Classes/Bootcamps
Our group classes combine evidence-based programming with a fun, challenging environment that builds real-world strength, speed, and resilience. Led by certified coaches, you’ll train smart and move with purpose, whether you’re an experienced athlete, just getting into fitness, or somewhere in-between! With in-house physios, we can adapt for injuries or blend in rehab strategies when needed.
Team Training
We train teams based on the real demands of sport, with focused work on speed, strength, and power. Our 2000 square foot performance space gives athletes room to sprint and move at game speed. With physio support on-site, we can keep athletes progressing, even through minor injuries or return-to-play phases.
